●Do not heat the blade directly over or near an open flame. 
●Do not place it near an open flame. This can cause the handle to deform or discolor.

●Do not use bleach. This can cause rust and deterioration. 
●Be careful not to rub the blade with nylon non-woven cloth. 
●After use, wash thoroughly with a sponge and mild kitchen detergent, then wipe dry. 
●Can be used in a household dishwasher. 
●Sharpen the blade once or twice a month to maintain its sharpness. (You can use a Tsutsuya sharpener.) 
[Rust Removal] 
●If you notice rust on the blade, immediately scrub it off with cleanser. If this does not remove it, sharpen it with a whetstone.
