Presenting NITORI’s Buy Online, Pick Up in Store Service
You can now conveniently shop online and collect your order in-store.
For all online purchases designated for in-store pickup, orders will be processed within 1 to 3 days and securely stored at your picked store. Customers will be notified via email when their items are ready for collection.
Online Purchase:
Purchase on Monday to Friday
*Collection within 1 business day (except Sunday and Public Holidays)
In-Store Pickup:
Pickup on Monday to Sunday
In-Store Pickup Time:
11:00 AM – 10:00 PM
An email notification will be sent once your order is ready for pickup. For any inquiries, please contact us via email.
IMPORTANT PICKUP INFORMATION
Please do not visit the store to collect your order until you have received the "Ready for Pickup" email.
Store staff will not be able to release your order unless you can present the "Ready for Pickup" email.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be processed on the next business day, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays.
Please collect your order within 10 days of receiving email. Otherwise, the order will be canceled.
Cancellation Order
Orders placed for in-store pickup can be cancelled within 24 hours. To cancel, please email us with your order number and provide a reason for the cancellation. We will process a refund accordingly.
Buy Online, Pick-up in Store
Step 1: Select the "Pick-up" delivery method at the checkout page during the payment process.
Step 2: An order confirmation email with your order number will be sent to you.
Step 3: Await a second email notifying you that your order is ready for collection. You may pick up your order at the NITORI Đồng Khởi Flagship Store ; NITORI VINCOM Mega Mall Grand Park Store or NITORI SORA gardens SC Store between 11:00 AM and 10:00 PM, Monday to Sunday, at our service counter.
The notification email will be sent within 1 to 3 days. Should you need to reschedule the pickup, please contact our store.

Step 1. Find the desired item, and click [Add to cart]
Step 2. After selecting all the desired products and adding them to your cart, please click on the cart icon located in the top right corner.
Step 3. Kindly review our privacy policy and shipping information thoroughly. Subsequently, please select the checkboxes indicating "I agree with the privacy policy" and "I have reviewed and hereby agree to all the terms and conditions outlined in the Shipping Information." before [Check out]
Stock Availability also appear here so you can check back all you items 1 more time before check out.
Step 4. At the Check out page, please choose the method [Pickup in store]
Step 5. If there are no pickup location showing.
Please click on "Change Location" to view the store selection.
-Choose country Viet Nam and enter the city name.
-Click Find stores.
Step 6. Choose the pickup location that you want.
Step 7. Choose the payment method and click Pay now.
