[Before use]
● Oil filter sheet that can be set in our product " Enamel Oil Pot 550 mL".
● Absorbs oil stains and odors that cannot be removed by a net alone and removes them together with the oil residue.
● By adding new oil to the filtered oil, it can be used repeatedly, reducing the hassle of throwing away oil.
● Replace the filtered sheet after each use. After use, dispose of it with burnable garbage.

[How to use]
● Remove the lid and set the strainer.
● Set the oil filter sheet.
① Set the filter sheet on top of the strainer with the gray side facing up.
② Press the filter sheet lightly with your fingertips and make it conform to the shape of the strainer.
③ Insert the sheet fixing ring from above the sheet.
● Pour the oil you used. Allow the oil you used to cool to below 180°C, then pour it in slowly. If you pour the oil all at once, it may overflow from the strainer, so be careful. The capacity of the enamel oil pot is 550mL. Be careful not to overfill.
● Attach the lid and store it.
Replace the filtered sheet after each use.
Store the filtered oil in a cool place out of direct sunlight.

[Precautions for use]
● Cannot be used with oil pots that do not have a strainer.
● This filter sheet is for vegetable oil only.
● Make sure the temperature of the oil to be filtered is cooled to below 180°C. (As a guideline, allow it to cool for at least 10 minutes after cooking.)
● When filtering, place the oil pot on a flat, stable surface and be careful not to tip it over.
● Do not filter on or near objects that may be deformed or discolored by heat.
●When filtering hot oil, the oil pot will also become hot. Be careful not to get burned. In particular, be careful not to let small children touch the oil.
●When filtering oil with a lot of fried debris or sediment, the filter sheet will become clogged and the filtration speed will slow down, so pour the oil slowly.
●The filtration speed will also slow down if the oil temperature is low, so pour the oil slowly.
●Oil used to fry seafood or foods sprinkled with spices such as curry powder may leave an odor.
●Do not wash the filter sheet with water.
●If moisture remains in the oil pot, the oil may become cloudy.
●Store the filtered oil in a cool place out of direct sunlight.
●Oil that has been filtered for more than one month may have deteriorated, so do not use it.
●The amount of oil that can be filtered cleanly varies depending on the condition of the oil, such as the ingredients and cooking method.
