[About cypress resin]
●The resin component unique to cypress may come to the surface and become sticky.

[Care instructions]
●When washing in a dishwasher, lightly rinse off any dirt from both sides with water before placing it in the dishwasher.
●When washing in a dishwasher, do not place it near the hot air outlet. High temperature hot air may cause warping or cracking.
●When hand washing, wash with a soft sponge and dish soap. Using metal scrubbers may cause scratches.
●After use, rinse off any dirt as soon as possible, wipe off any moisture thoroughly, and store in a well-dried place. Leaving it damp can cause mold and deformation.
●Using bleach may cause black or brown stains due to a reaction with the wood's components.

●Lightly wetting the cutting board with water before use will make it less likely for food colors and odors to stick.
●If you dry dishes upside down on the cutting board, the smell of wood may transfer to the dishes, so please be careful.
●If you pour hot water at the beginning of washing, the protein from fish or meat remaining on the cutting board will harden, making it easier for odors to linger.
●Do not dry in direct sunlight. It may crack or warp.
